Here you will find a collection of comparisons of different food types that anyone can use to help match their dietary needs. Please keep in mind as you look through these comparisons that I am not a dietician. This information is from my personal research of web sites and food brands. Unless otherwise noted the dietary information shared is from generic brands. If a name brand is used the nutritional information has been collected from their own website. On the following pages I identified different types of foods and their alternatives. I really wanted to create this page because one of the things I have learned as I have progressed in this new life is that fat free is not always necessarily better!
